TRAINING SHOULDERS & TRICEPS TOGETHER | Couple’s Workout
In this video, Anthony and I are taking each other through an intense shoulder & tricep workout. What I love about this video is that it shows who we are in the gym! WORKOUT DETAILS…
1. DB shoulder press
warm-up set – 12 reps
set 2 – 10-12 reps
set 3 – 8 reps
set 4 – failure
2. Lateral raise w/ one arm eccentric hold
4 x 10 reps for each arm with little to no rest in-between
(1 set is completed in between alternating arms)
3. Tricep push down (droplet/superset) 3 sets total
overhand grip – 10-12 reps
reverse grip – 12 reps
4. DB front raise
3 x 12-15
set 4 – hammer grip raise till failure
5. Overhead tricep extension
3 x 12
6. Cable face pulls
3 x 15
set 3 – surprise drop set down till failure
